Returns policy

  1. You have 30-days from the date of delivery to return wetsuits and goggles.

  2. You may swim in your purchased wetsuit or goggles and still return them, as long as the items are clean, dry and without damage of any kind. If you have used the wetsuit or goggles then they may be exchanged for a different size but not refunded. ONLY UNUSED WETSUITS AND GOGGLES, WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, MAY BE REFUNDED.

  3. You have 60-days from the date of delivery to return tri apparel, swimwear, casual apparel, compression apparel and all accessories.

  4. Tri apparel, swimwear, casual apparel, compression apparel and all accessories must be returned unused, without damage of any kind, with tags attached and in original packaging. These items may be exchanged or refunded.

  5. Damage would include sun or chemical damage, stains, deodorant marks, scratches, abrasions, or tears of any kind. DAMAGED OR DIRTY ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

  6. SMALL FINGER PRESSURE TEARS ARE VERY COMMON IN WETSUITS AND CAUSED BY PULLING TOO HARD ON THE NEOPRENE WHILE APPLYING PRESSURE WITH THE FIGURES. WETSUITS WITH FINGER PRESSURE TEARS MAY NOT BE RETURNED AND SHOULD BE REPAIRED WITH NEOPRENE CEMENT, WHICH CAN BE PURCHASED HERE

  7. You may only return items purchased directly from this Zone3 US website. If you purchased from a Zone US retailer then you must return items to that retailer and their policy may be different. Please check with the retailer before returning items to them.

  8. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, not Zone3 US. We do not provide return labels.

  9. We do not accept returns purchased from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores, third party websites, or on items purchased outside of the US.

  10. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped out for free.

Return instructions

  1. Fill out the returns form below and click submit. 

  2. We will email you with a reminder to return the item(s), but prior to this please go ahead and return the item(s).

  3. Return the item(s) to: ZONE3 US, 15371 ROOSEVELT BLVD, SUITE 100CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33760.

  4. We will contact you when we receive the returned package and confirm the exchange or refund.

  5. Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will be sent shipping confirmation within that time.

  6. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement.
